    IT Works provides a one-stop shop for fixing your computer hardware problems. 
     
    Engaged in IT related business support and services, we offer a comprehensive range of computer hardware repair services for all makes and models of computer brands such as IBM, Compaq, Dell, Acer, Packard Bell, HP and many more.
     
    IT Works service and repair most of the input and output devices and other hardware components such as CPU, motherboard, monitor, data storage devices, video display terminals (VDT), printer, keyboard, scanner, CD ROM/CDR or DVD drive, RAM, handheld devices, network products and power supply.
     
    Our services can be carried out onsite or offsite at our Maulden based workshop. We diagnose, troubleshoot, validate, repair and provide maintenance to all computers.

    IT Works provides warranty services for IT equipment. We have 65 technical centres throughout the UK from which we can despatch an engineer for both domestic and business installations.

    Network Services
     
    In order to offer a higher level of competitiveness, a network installation has to offer optimum efficiency at a minimal cost so you can ensure maximum  return on investment. You can be assured that IT Works plan each installation in detail using the latest technology and methods available.
     
    Our advice and specifications are based on our technical knowledge coupled with your criteria and budgetary limits. All IT Works engineers have an in-depth understanding of how networks are arranged and hold the relevant accreditations and experience for the work required. Each installation is individually and thoroughly prepared by a team of engineers with a wealth of experience gained from many years of performing installation services from simple half day projects right through to full time managed on-site services.
     
    It is now becoming more common for computer networks to be incorporated in home environments especially with the use of WI-FI equipment. IT Works offers installation and maintenance for home users as well as business users, we work together with BT to offer a full range of Total Broadband and Business Broadband products which can be ordered directly from us and installed by our trained engineers.
     
    If however you already use a different provider for your Internet and require wireless access throughout your home then IT Works can fit a wireless router to your existing Intenet connection to enable Internet access in all areas of your home.

  • PC Health Checks
    Every PC needs a regular service or MOT to review its overall performance and find solutions to keep it running at its optimum level.
     
    Over time unused files build up on the hard drive, adding and removing software leaves behind a messy hard drive, as well as dust building up inside the PC case can cause it not only to slow down but also over heat.
     
    All these factors reduce the efficiency of your computer – meaning you don’t get the performance that you once did.
     
    To keep your PC in shape IT Works recommend you have a PC Health Check once a year.

  • Collection Centre

    IT Works offers a European Collection Centre service for manufacturers of warranty swap out goods such as printers, DVD and Blu Ray players and satellite navigation units.
     
    This service is used in conjunction with the product manufacturer covering their warranty swap out contracts. 
     
    This service works well for European manufacturers, giving their customers a UK contact and a UK postal address to send their faulty product to. They can also contact us for tracking queries, therefore, saving time and money for the customer.
     
    IT Works can hold replacement stock of a particular product, which means that if a customer sends us or brings in a faulty product in person we can replace it with another one immediately.
