IT Works Services

We offer consultancy which will ensure your business benefits from the use of new technology. We provide the sales and installation expertise to create a whole new working environment or integrate the new software and hardware into your existing office systems, including any data conversion work. Our training services will coach your staff prior to the introduction of your new system and provide 'hand holding' when a period of familiarisation with the new software is required. And it doesn't end there. We are able to tailor different levels of support to suit your needs and budget to lessen the impact on your day-to-day processes brought about by future changes to your business requirements or government legislation.
Consultancy
IT Works consultants offer a free introductory no-obligation review of your business systems.
 
They will help you to identify and analyse problem areas and recommend different solutions including process changes, the benefits of introducing new software and hardware, and the provision of training and support packages.
Installation
IT Works installation service will ensure that your new Sage products are fullly integrated with your existing databases, office software and hardware.
 
The installation service includes the following:
  • procurement of new software
  • procurement of new hardware (e.g. PCs, servers, printers, etc.)
  • installation of the new software
  • integration of the new software with the new hardware and existing office environment
     
    Where needed, the installation service can also provide the conversion of your existing data so that it is ready for use with your new system from day one of its introduction.

      IT Works can tailor a support package that provides you with the peace of mind that your business requires to keep its office systems running.
       
      We can provide businesses with an annual support contract that gives them telephone support during office hours and a negotiated number of hours per month on-site support when required.
       
      Some businesses prefer to have an ad-hoc support arrangement whereby they pay for our services by the hour as and when needed.
